Labor Law Required Posters

Both Federal and State Departments of Labor require certain notices to be posted. Certain notices are only posted by certain types of employers (eg. those who employ minors or federal contractors).
All notices must be posted in a conspicuous place so that they can be seen and read by employees. They do not have to be spread out on a wall. If the employer posts other employee information electronically (eg via a staff intranet), you must also post these notices electronically; however, employers cannot solely post them electronically.
Stiff penalties and fines will be levied if these are not posted.

Digital Copies can be obtained at the following links. When printing, be sure to verify your print size; you may need to “Shrink to Fit” for proper alignment.
